The GlobalCenter Internet start-up package is a complete solution that provides everything you need to connect your Macintosh network to the worldwide Internet -- easily and quickly -- via our GlobalCenter service (electronic registration included).

Working with your office's QuickMail system, GlobalCenter Internet lets everyone on your network exchange e-mail with any Internet, America Online, CompuServe, or other public e-mail user around the world as easily as with coworkers in the next office.

GlobalCenter Internet also supports full access to the Internet's tremendous array of information resources, including newsgroups, FTP (file transfer protocol) sites, Gopher servers, and -- using GlobalCenter Web software (included) -- the World Wide Web.

Download time: 30 minutes with a 14,400 bps connection
When you download this file, a dialog box may appear prompting you to "Save to Disk." Save the file to c:\. After downloading the file, from Program Manager, select the "File" menu (or in Windows 95 click "Start") and choose the "Run" Option. When the dialog box appears, enter "c:\gcdemo" and click the "OK" button. Once installation is complete, select the "File" menu and choose the "Run" Option again. Enter "c:\gvidemo" and click "OK" to start the demo.

To download the demo you will need StuffIt Expander to decompress the file. After downloading the file you should find an "Installer" application on your desktop. If you can not find the Installer, use the "Find" command in the "File" menu. Double-click the Installer icon. Click "Continue" to proceed. Click "Save" to proceed. Click "Quit" when installation is complete. On your hard disk, open the folder named "GlobalCenter Internet," and double-click on "Click Me."
